Kingsley has been in Real Estate since the early 1990s. His belief in training and coaching has carried him well through his career. There is not much in the Real Estate industry that he has not had experience in over the years. The natural progression to opening his own Real Estate Company just had to happen. His passion now is Real Estate Investing and helping others to understand the basic principals.

Janice is a "local" — having moved to Cairns from Brisbane in 1980! She has a wealth of local knowledge and has seen the many changes take place. Janice has over 15 years of real estate experience, and has worked in every facet of the industry. Janice specialises in Property Management, Body Corporate Management, Administration/Office Management and Accounts. With the experience, knowledge and professional approach, Janice can provide an outstanding level of service to our clients. You can be assured your investments property is in very capable hands! Grant's commitment, enthusiasm, honesty, integrity, and treating people the way he likes to be treated in his previous business ventures and in life in general has been a great asset in his commitment to help others and his career path as a real estate consultant.

Yvonne has been in the Real estate industry since 2004 specialising in Property Management, Administration Support and Client Liaison, recently moving from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Yvonne strives to ensure she meets the client’s needs while handling all matters with confidence, a friendly manner and professionalism. Yvonne is eager to broaden her real estate knowledge and looks forward to many more years living & working in the beautiful City of Cairns.

Christine has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years in both Property Management and Sales. Prior to Real Estate Christine has owned many of her own businesses, which is very helpful in understanding how she can help people. Over the years Christine has bought and sold Real Estate herself and has experienced being a Tenant and a Landlord, so she has a good understanding of what clients go through from time to time. Christine has the ability to stand in for any of our team should the need arise. She is a great communicator and her vibrant and cheerful nature is carried down the phone line as much as it is noticed in person. Her willingness to help people is a valuable trait.
